Hi JB Team:
I am in the process of reviewing the new RASA2 template using the Quickstart version.

In the control panel, two of the 'Popular Articles' are labelled as being 'checked out' and I don't think that I can check them in even with Super User privileges.




There is no big hurry on this; but it would be good to ensure that all extensions and articles are checked out before creating the Quickstart version.

Hope this helps with others too in the future.
BTW, so far, this template looks really good!

Is the padlock in the template manager then?

No its being viewed by the previous user or another active user who has not logged out properly

Its Joomla and isn't related to the template - its the padlock images on the links in the screenshot you attached

Can you also mean a different user is viewing the same page e.g. you can't have two people editing the same page at the same time

Hi Paul: Yes, I do understand all of that... but this user is not there... this lock came with the QuickStart... when it was installed locally.

I tried clicking the lock; but it would not remove that previous user. I checked for users and the only user in the DB is me as the Super Administrator.... Strange!

Go to system > global check in. Click 'check all' at teh top of the list and then click the check in button.
