Module where it is not wanted

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

I have two custom modules one in position 'below content' the other in 'sidebar2' the intention is that they only appear on the front page and so in the module under menu assignment I chose 'only on the pages selected'

The only page selected is 'Home' for both modules.

I have now installed 8 pages on this site, but the last page I have constructed, when you click on the words 'read more' it takes you to a new page but my two modules mentioned above have now unwantenly appeared, and I cannot see how to remove them. Any ideas?

Here is link to the page with the read more on it.

sorry bit keen there on the submit button :)

This crops up if a page isn't assigned a menu link either as an individual page or its category

It reloads the home page - check the active link menu - which is showing home as active

So as the article explains if you create a menu link for it in some form you should be ok

Cheers

You don't need the menu to be published on the front of the site

It just needs to a menu item

I have menu I call a hidden menu for things like this

It also comes in handy for search results pages or thank you pages when people complete filling in forms - pages like that :)
