Hello:
My install of Xero has subitems in the main nav bar, but the drop downs only function on the parent page, they won't function across all pages as shown in the demo site. Is there something I could be overlooking?

Also, would like to center the navbar items on the bar (right now everything is left aligned) and make the bar thinner. I don't see any options to do so in the template properties.

Regarding centering the menu that is under

menus > dropdown > alignment

It can left, center or right

The menu module has a suffix of _menu. Maybe I missed another step? Thanks

Yes you can remove that

Open the menu module -
In the module tab and the setting "Show Sub-menu Items"
is that set to yes?
