Template Updates Won't Save

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

The little things cause the most grief.
Trying to add our social networks details into the template.
Joomla Bamboo settings seem to be hard coded into the system :laugh:

Updated again just to be sure.

I did some more testing.
Subject was the first setting I discovered wasn't working

Ok that post makes sense ... only partially.

Been digging around for ages and cannot find minimum specs for J3
Weird also that System Information > PHP information page is blank!

I'm thinking the web host is going to be contacted but without some specs there will be little to be gained.

Any pointers as to where to go?

I'd go with asking about

what is the server memory
what is the servers execution time
System Information > PHP information page is blank

Another one bites the dust ... hosting companies.

No names, no pack drill ... unbelievable what happened.

It was memory, permissions and security and they saw no issues :blink:

Yet another shift to facilitate.
Not a good look and a hell of a waste of time.
A NFP that I'm the new Chairman of and we have 5 sites to shift this time :silly:

More saving issues
Thought it was resolved.
Doing final tweaks and bang!!

Any changes to the template settings shows the updates being saved.
HOWEVER
I cannot get the Social Media settings will not update
cultivate.org.au

While I'm here
Zenools is appearing in menu links
cultivate.org.au/zentools/my-farm-store
How come?

What is the category re zentools?

Regarding the site with the social issue is it the same site? as that shows as an image

cultivate.org.au/index.php - the menu link works ok
That's the place holder while we finishing the fiddly bits

Done nothing to the menu settings other than change the links.
Plain vanilla install otherwise

Fixed the menu issue :woohoo:
Resolved by editing the database directly
There were items trashed in the database not showing in the admin interface
No idea why?
