I have just upgraded some test site to Joomla 3.4. There appears to be a problem in the template manager for the Xero template.; I haven't tried with an others.

I attach two images of the problem. It seems to be coming from the "chosen.css" file in media/jui/css which I think is where the bootstrap files are stored.

Is there a solution to this?

Can I check you cleared your cache in the browser?
Do you get the same if you log in with a different browser

sorry I have to ask this one I would test it himself but I can't seem to download the zip file at the moment from Joomla.org

Exactly the same with Chrome and IE. Here is another image of a screen that appears briefly when Xero is first opened in template manager.

Thank you for your (and Pauls) quick response to this. Are Xero, Rasa2 and Venture the only affected templates?

At the moment we've not heard anything of other template being affected or in our testing

But prior to any update you should have a working backup
