I have purchased and installed the simple hover over plug in from Webkul.
joomla30.webkul.com/simplehover-effect.html

It is clashing with my Xero template and causing error messages.

Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /home/adcidorg/public_html/plugins/content/simplehovereffect/simplehovereffect.php on line 53

Is this something that you have encountered and know how to fix?
I have put in a query request to Webkul who created the plug-in and am awaiting feedback.

Hi there,

Its actually just php error warnings generated form the plugin.

So not related to the template. It means that you are using PHP5.4 which has stricter code guidelines. The dev of that plugin should be able to fix them.
