I have not done anything withe changing values for LESS.

One more question before I create a ticket.. I did compile a new Theme and changed colors on some things.. Is there any obvious setting for colors in a theme that may have produced the unwanted blue horizontal stripe in iphone view?

No it should go with the update template version

The colour isn't a factor I just wanted the template to save so the css might update and fix the problem

Dear Paul,

I did open a ticket on this: (SUPPORT-K50P26SO7T) and still am bewildered but have been trying to diagnose it myself and I have a few clues... It unwanted horizontal stripe in iphone view disappears when a different theme is chosen in the Theme options. I had made a new theme called "stables" which is the current theme.

Additionally, In forms using the "stables" theme, the back-ground of the fields is so dark that you can not tell what you are typing...Try, for instance typing something into the Search box on the home page:

www.stablesatknox.org/

This problem also goes away once the theme is changed away from "stables"

But what I can not for the life of me figure out is why.. the colors I have chosen for the theme "stables' are all the same (dark and lightwise) values of the other themes that do not have the same problem..Go figure....

Its the primary colour chosen

so try changing this line and adding it to the css

input:hover, textarea:hover {
background: #11324b;
}

e.g. with a lighter background colour and see if that does the trick
