base font size

When I change the base font size I would expect the entire site and all modules would be affected but I cant see any change. Did I miss something?

Im on localhost. But looking at the pagesource makes it clear as I understand the font-sizes are hard coded in px in templates/xero/css/theme.flat-bootstrap3.css. So to my understanding that "Base Font Size" will never have any affect ... dont know

The font size gets compiled so thats why you see it there.
I have it working here. What value are you adding?

I tried 16px and 116px and saved via the red button. There is no change in the front end. I have no custom.css running.

Its all working fine here and on the demo.

I think I need to see the theme and get admin access to help with that. I'm not 100% certain your settings are saving.
