there are 2 options for this download. the quickstart has a earlier version number. If i install the quickstart is there option to update template to latest version

Hi

For the quickstart - you can install the standalone version to update it

You will need to compile less to css in the template settings after the update

If you have worked on a quickstart I'd always back up the site first

I'd recommend using Akeeba backup if you don't have a backup component
