Recently installed the Newstream 2 template
When testing the search function i get the following error

1214 - The used table type doesn't support FULLTEXT indexes SQL=SELECT i.title AS title, i.metadesc, i.metakey, c.name as section, i.image_caption, i.image_credits, i.video_caption, i.video_credits, i.extra_fields_search, i.created, CONCAT(i.introtext, i.fulltext)

Tested on the Bamboo demo site and get the same error

Is there a fix for this ?

Can you create a ticket for the site

In this case we will need access to phpmyadmin to edit the database table in question

This will mean cpanel access

as its a fresh install im happy to start from scratch once a fix is found
prefer that then giving cpanel access
