I'm digging back into a project that is built on the LifeStyle2 template and am wondering if anyone has info on upgrading some things.

Here's what I am on"
T3 Plugin Framework 2.4.7
JB Type 1.9.0
Zentools 1.13.7
ZenKit 2.1.3
Joomla 3.4.1
php 5.3.29

I would like to go to:

T3 Plugin Framework 2.5.2
Latest Zentools
Latest ZenKit
Latest Joomla 3.4.8
php 5.6.19

Anyone have luck on these versions with this template?

I would very careful upgrading the php version as I've seen compatibility issues with Joomla

The T3 framework shouldn't be updated past the version on the template download page

I would definitely update the Joomla version as soon as possible having a working backup in place first

Are you referring to zentools v2 or v1?

Referring to Zentools2

It would be up to you really as it would require the modules to be recreated as zentools v2 modules

zentools2 is different than zentools v1

For me unless there was something broken I wouldn't switch

To go back to your original question upgrade wise

I would definitely look to update

Joomla version to 3.4.8

and php version but not to 5.6 I'd look to see if there was an option for a lower version but higher than 5.3

Just finished updates. Currently on 5.6 so will see how that goes.

Leaving zentools alone as I do not have a compelling reason to change.
