Responsive not turning off banner

I have a slide show published to my banner. In the responsive layout tool of the template I have it set to hide in a small and extra small screen but I'm still seeing it try to pull the banner up on my phone and when I shrink my browser.

How do i force it off on a small screen?

I can see an issue with the faqs grid width wise

I'll need to check on the main issue and get back to you

btw,the other modules that i turned off are off. but not the banner.

sorry for the delay I can see the issue its the container that is the problem
