zentools grid layout loads incorrectly

My zentools grid layout loads incorrectly on the home page. Lazy Load is disabled throughout the site. Can't seem to figure it out. Any idea how I can fix this?

Hi there,

This is a bug in the module can you try adding this to the custom.css file

#zentools321 li.clear,
#zentools321 li.clearing {
display: block;
clear:both;
}

We plan to have the module updated as soon as possible
