You need to publish either your heading tag or an image in a custom html module

It goes in the position named logo

Two things I see

1. I can't see any content published to the logo position in source code view the logo module position is empty

2. I also see
col-lg-12 hidden-lg col-md-6 col-sm-12 col-xs-12
col-lg-6 hidden-lg col-md-6 col-sm-12 col-xs-12
Which means on a large screen both positions are hidden
