Can't change layout on Bootstrap grid settings in Template Manager

Hello, I Can't change layout on Bootstrap grid settings in Template Manager.
I only see broken image icon.

I used this template - and first time i have such problems, but now I changed hosting, maybe that's the clue.

Hi

Yes that sounds like the issue - can you use theme magic or is that disabled as well?

i can use tm, but sometimes appear orange triangle

I think we would need to see the site

Can you open a ticket with with Joomla and ftp details we may also need cpanel
