Extra arrow showing up in main menu drop down

I can't find the source of this extra arrow that's appearing in the "Our Company" menu heading as per the screenshot below. Any leads as to where I should be looking to fix it? www.garageastdev.co.za/thunderbolt

That did the trick, thanks Paul. The arrow that remains is highlighted, is there something I've done within the menu that's caused all of this? This is low priority, BTW. As with the other site, loads of other stuff for me to work on in the meantime.
