Location of second image in article grid8?

Hi guys,

Having some difficulty locating the 2nd image in an article which I believe is in grid 8...
Services 2.

When I change the image in the article that displays on the home page, and then go to front end to preview, I see the Changed Image. But when I click on this image, I see the original image and not the one that I have changed.

Need some guidance here please.

Addendum - I found the solution! Please feel free to delete this thread.
