Is there any way to disable the mobile browser version? I've got a client who does not want the condensed mobile friendly version of the site...

When you say mobile do you mean all responsive behaviour?

Basically- he wants the view on iPhone/iPad/Android to look exactly as if you were on a desktop. If it's an easy switch to flip them awesome, I don't want to customize a bunch of code for a site you won't be able to read due to font size.

Its not that simple I'm afraid - with doing this its kind of can't go back moment

Nah, not unless it's as simple as disabling a plugin or flipping a switch. I wouldn't disable it if it were me but figured I'd ask.
