Submenus not accessible

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hello,
I think I'll go crazy with this problem ... :side:

I just noticed that only users with these access levels can access to the submenu of the burger menu (mobile menu):

- Public
- Guest
- Registered

... in other words, only users with these access levels can display the submenu of the burger menu, all other users with other levels of access (Super User, Manager, Author, ...) don't have access. No problem with desktop menu.

I guess this must be a simple option to enable/disable, but all options that I checked seem to be ok.

Here's where I checked access.

Template manager -> Megamenu: all accesses of menus and submenus are set to public.
Menus -> Main menu: all accesses of menus and submenus are set to public.

I thought to find a module that manages the placement of the menu, but I am very surprised to not find one … strange :pinch:

Is there another place where to set up access to the submenu of the burger menu?

Thank you :)

Hi

Are you looking at menu manager and the mega menu options in the template?

Cheers

...yes, but I guess it just shows what has been set in the menu settings (Joomla menu settings)?

ok, but on both sides (Mega Menu and Joomla Menu) access levels are set on "public", so all users should have access to the menu :pinch:
