ThemeMagic looking for hika less files, but I've deleted Hikashop from my site

I haven't used ThemeMagic for a while on my site, but I've been looking at it to try and figure out a problem. I have deleted Hikashop as an add-on to the New Lifestyle theme - deleted all files in Extensions->manage. In themeMagic, I see notices looking for hika.less files.I don't see an error in Inspect, when trying to debug. Is this just a themeMagic bug?
