Hi JB team -

In the very top menu for Panel1 - i have zentools single item gallery. I put in the count for 16, but when the gallery launches the count is "32".

No matter what number I put in, it doubles it.

Please advise.

Is the count being doubled on the front end or in the module settings?

What version number of the module are you using?

Also for the panel I see usage guide at the moment

It is in the front end and yes, for the usage guide when you click on it for the popup you can see that the count is 32, not 16.

(FYI - you might remember that for this site, it was actually the Ignite-installation from the original democontent.

I will check on version of Zen tools - which is most stable with 3.5.1?

Hi Paul - Yes it is inside of the Panel1.

The error is showing up only in the frontend. Based on your question, I updated Zen tools to 1.14.0 and the same issue occurs.

Yes - it says 16 in the admin.

Can you open a ticket and we can take a look

please include ftp details as well

I'm assuming its a conflict with another extension

PS this is the installation that used your install, if you recall, so although it says Lifestyle, I believe it is the ignite template.

I am uncertain of the version of the template.

For this one I don't think its a problem with the template - so Rob or Anthony will need to take a look I think
