HI JB team,

I created a test site from a copy of the live site as I wanted to change the template.

dev site is offline -

I am having an issue with the main navigation-1st level - all of them are active links - any of the menu items that have sub items, the 1st level will not open.

Ie - click on "Specialty Retail" or "Business Tools" and you will see that nothing happens.

Click on "Things we Love" and the link works.

Siteground is unable to see what the issue is.

I am hoping that you can.

Please advise!

Try updating to the latest version of the T3 plugin

HI Paul,

Interestingly, the menu items now work, but the dropdowns don't show unless you click on level 1 item, and then to go to level 1 item page- you must click again.

So "hover' is not working, and in effect you must double click to get to category page.

We are getting there!

If you go to an interior page: ie: www.zero-g-solutions.com/zgsmarketplace/travel-leisure.html

you will see that the sidebar is displaying on the left even though it is set to display on the right.

it is 2.0.4 - do we still update via the file changelog - or should I upload the package so the current version is updated?

I updated via the specific changed files -

still no change on the main nav and now the font on the main nav has changed to a serif font.

Also, the sidebar is still displaying left instead of right.

1. Further experimenting is that if I have both side bars on the right acitve, but content only for Sidebar 1 published, then sidebar will be displayed on the right with a blank space where the empty sidebar 2 is.

2. If I make Sidebar 2 - set to none, then sidebar displays on the left.

Very weird.

IE - font is fine - navigation issue persists (having to hit main nav 2x to go to category page-hover does not work) and sidebar

Then download the standalone template version

Install via the standard installer

Correction on initial page load, all were behaving as reported though when trying to go to another main navigation it goes back to previous post:

To summarise you have T3 2.3.2 and the template is 2.0.5 ?

Interesting with the font

The code is clearly sans serif for the element in question however the browsers are choosing to use a different font in Chrome's case the standard font

Which by default is a serif font - if I change the browser standard font to arial it looks the same as IE

This behaviour does seem to be wrong from the browser

So at the moment using sans serif doesn't look like a good option I'm afraid

Ok - I will change that - how about with the navigation?

Are you using your own named layout file?
