My new site is using the New Lifestyle template, but I want to add a background image or color to some or all pages. Can this be done?

So are you looking to apply it all the background and not particular rows?

Yes. I am still using the slideshow at the top of the page, and a larg photo at the bottom, but in general, yes.

So you will need to remove colour from wraps for example

#maincontainerwrap, #slideshowwrap {background:transparent;}

and replace the body background with a background image

body {background: #FFFEFE !important;}
