Mega menu not displaying correctly on iPad or MS Surface...

Hello JB team,I have a submenu off of my main menu that doesn't show up on the iPad or the Surface. The main menu item is the last item on the main menu. I have the problem even though the surface is using 1920 x 1280 resolution. At this resolution, the whole menu still displays. I am attaching a pic of what I should see.. On the Surface and iPad I do not see the arrowhead, but I see the complete words "Product Management".
This menu only shows after log-on, so if you need to look at it, tell me how to securely send you a username and pswd.

I think you are literally the second person to ask about Surface ever 
We will need a link to see the site - if that isn't possible on a live forum please create a ticket with access details
