Its a paid version but the subs has just run out.

Its a bit difficult to compare settings - would it be easier if I generated a copy of the demo site?

It would be rough around the edges and isn't intended to be used on a live site but would enable you to compare against

Well what a palava! I setup the backup. It works as it says on the tin. I did a complete fresh install of joomla, loaded the template and there were issues right out of the box. Labels/prompts not displaying correctly and the backend template editing interface was shot to hell.

Plan B.

I have installed the dump file from you into my test site! Have upgraded joomla, hikashop, akeeba, removed k2, jcalpro .... And all is well with the site... I will continue to modify the test site by importing data from my production site and adding the other components I use.

Will keep you posted.

Right the test site isn't intended as a installation site really - its set up to run on the Joomla Bamboo demo site

I was really intending it so you could compare settings between your site and this one

But sounds like it is working for your but please bear above in mind
