I don't see JB Type dropdown in jce editor

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hello guys,
I have installed the JCE editor, and I have enabled the System - JB Type plugin. I do not see the drop down list of JB type styles in my content editor. Am I missing something?
Thanks!

Hi

With the JCE Editor JB Type plugin you need to install it via the JCE component

But with the plugin it doesn't include the font based styling icons -these given their quantity need to be added using the JB Type syntax

Thanks, Paul. I went to the JCE component and installed the plugin via it's install, but I still do not see the drop down in the editor. I cleared Joomla! cache and browser cache....Do I need to uninstall the System JB Type first?

Is there a tutorial anywhere on this? I've been searching all over...

Do you have JB Type enabled in plugin manager?

Yes - it is called System - JB Type.

JoomlaBamboo docs say this:
Installation is via the JCE installer and the plugin obviously requires JCE and JB Type to be installed. Navigate to components > JCE > Install and follow the usual prompts to install the plugin.

This suggests I am missing something else: I have JCE and the JB Type plugin installed (and published). Is there another plugin to install?

Thanks!!

Think we posted at the same time - if you open up install Add-ons in the JCE component do you see it listed?

The Select Add-ons to remove tab for Plugins says "No Non-core plugins installed"

Would that be JB_jbtype_J2.5_J3.0_1.9.0.zip?

No

it would be JB_jce-jbtype_J1.5_J2.5_J3.0_2.0.8.zip - as marked by the second arrow :)
