Hi Elizabeth,

do you mean that nothing happens when you click the icon for the menu?

the client said that his desktop screen was as wide as it could get and he has a big screen
I replicated the problem on Sauce Labs cross browser screening website.
should I open a ticket?

What is his resolution of his screen is it below 1030px wide?

As that is the break point - if his display is less than that it could be the reason

I'm on a wide screen (graphic editing monitor) also but at high resolution and it works fine for me in firefox and IE

My resolution is 1920 x 1200

At any resolution below the navigation collapse point the menu appears as per Paul's screenshot above with the off canvas menu.
