Displaying a Jumi component

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi there,
I use many Jumi components to do some database work in a grid layout. I would like these pages to still have access to my New Lifestyle menu. When I use a New Lifestyle style designed for these pages, my grids have certain annoying display issues that are/seem to be css related. I still want to sit inside a New Lifestyle page in order to preserve the common menu: can I somehow disable the rest of the css on the page so that my grid looks normal?
I'm attaching pics....

Thanks a LOT!

Hi Paul,
Here is a link that displays the problem. I think that if I change the size of "input fields" for the template this problem will go away. (Note the siae of the login & password fields)
Log on as 'debug'/'debugme' and browse to partner menu/product management/eyewear active. The top row, which allows for search/sort - is an input row and is too tall.
Select a row (click on it - will turn yellow) and use the pencil icon to edit. The input fields on the form are also too tall.

Thanks,
Pat

Looks like you need to adjust height values, line-height and padding for fields - for example -

tr.ui-search-toolbar input { height: 20px; line-height: 1em;}

Yes, I agree. Is there one place where I can take care of this?
Thanks.

No you will need to over ride this on an element by element basis - some values are from the extension and some by the template

Its a case of using the Chrome DevTools to inspect elements to work out want to adjust
