Template not available even after paying for it.

I needed the NEW LIFESTYLE template
demo.joomlabamboo.com/index.php?theme=feb14
So I created my account and paid $30

but even now the template is not available to me.

Whats wrong with the system , or there is something wrong I am doing.

Hi

I can see two accounts one Free with 3 uncleared purchases

and one with a cleared purchased in the account
username - earlsharpe

The uncleared account has a username of

earls

This is still a free account
