New Lifestyle Template - Reducing the Height of the navbar

I am not using the Header area of T3 as it is too constricting for the site instead I am using the top modules for the Name of the site and logo.

But I have a problem - it has left too much space at the top of the menu. How do I reduce this to the same as the bottom menu.
