Hello

Is there any documentation for onepage?

There are a few basic things I'm not understanding.

Cheers

Hi Josette,

"There are a few basic things I'm not understanding."

Can I help with this?
Feel free to ask and I'll try my best to answer :)

Thanks Paul

1. Zentools - I would like the images, in grid layout, to open as modal. Is this possible?
2. The Home menu link, which page does this link too and how can I change the contents
3. I want to use the Banner position, but I don't want a menu link to it. I am unable to cancel this out as recommended it the back end. It says to leave the field blank for 'nothing' but it defaults back to text. I can put in other text, but can't delete it altogether
4. I have some content with Read More links, how do I set up normal pages outside the one page structure?

Think these are the main issues for now. Unfortuantely I must resolve them all to use this template.

Many thanks

Josette

Hi Paul

To expand upon point 3 above...
In the General tab there are the following menu link options;
Home link
Banner link
Tabs link
Grid 1 link
Grid 2 link
Grid 3 link
Main link
Grid 4 link
Grid 5 link
Grid 6 link
Bottom link
Although it states that by leaving the field empty you can leave it off the menu, that doesn't happen. As long as there is content in the relevant grid position, the text does appear in the menu. You can change the link label, but it you try to delete it, it will default to it's default label.

Hi Jo,

1. Yes you would set the link behaviour to lightbox in the module settings

2. Home takes you back to the top rather than a specific content area

4. You would need a hidden menu on the site to generate menu links - www.joomlabamboo.com/blog/how-to-joomla/how-to-avoid-the-joomla-menu-itemid-issue

Hi

If you create a ticket I'm sure Rob will address point 3

The link for the "ticket system" is at the top of the page - I missed it first time I needed to use it :)

Hey guys,
I am also having difficulty not linking to a specified row. Even though the tooltip for each row link states that by leaving the field blank, it will not link to that particular row. But when you leave it blank as suggested, it just reverts back to the default row title and still shows up in the link menu on front-end.

It appears I am not the only one with this issue. Is there a fix for this?

The one page templates work by being triggered once a module is published to that row - if you don't want any link to appear you need to remove the module published to that row
