The attached screen shot of your demo front page refers. I also installed the template on our development server and the result is the same.


It's ok on Firefox, Opera and on the Android tablet.

What's the fix?

Can you provide a bit more info about the browser versions and OS?

I don't think we've seen this before and doesn't look like that for me in either Chrome & Safari at the moment

I've tested with Chrome and FF on both Ubuntu and Win 7; IE8/Win 7 and IE9/Win7 but could not replicate this issue too.

Ive got Chrome 27 here and not seeing it.

Do you mind updating to see if that's the issue?

I dont see it in any browsers.

Actually Im on 10.8.3 so I guess thats the difference.

Not sure what we can do about that to be honest.

Can you try updating chrome to see if that fixes it.

For me on a pc I can't see those characters on any browser - safari, chrome, IE, firefox or Opera

that's a relieve .. anybody with a Mac and OS X 10.7.5?

What I cannot understand: It is only Nebula that does it on Chrome, Safari and Opera. All sites I installed on our local and the webserver, incl. your quickstart pack (J3.x and J2.5) have them. Also your demo site (demo.joomlabamboo.com/index.php?theme=jul13) .. see above picture.

Other sites as well as about another five different of your templates that I checked out, don't have that issue.

Why Nebula?

I know you said that you cannot replicate it .. and so it is difficult to get to the root of the problem.
