Zen Tools module

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Having a strange problem with Zen Tools on my Home page.

I have a Zen Tools (grid) in the below position with 4 Article Content horizontal (title is Services)

Below this is a second Zen Tools Grid module titled Expertise

Above is an Above Content module with information.

Here is the problem: In the Services Module, For items Community Classes and Relaxation Video when you click on them, you are taken to the article, but it sits in between the Above Content Module and the Below Modules.

The other two Articles in the Services Module works just fine and only displays the Article without the other modules.

Hope this makes sense.

The administrator has disabled public write access.
This is actually a normal Joomla behavior. For pages that doesn't have assigned Itemid (every page dynamically generated which doesn't have menu item defined) Joomla will show modules assigned to the default Itemid (which is usually Home page of the site)

Search google how to overcome this behavior or try this

Create a hidden MENU.
Put a MENU ITEM in it for each (single) article you want on separate page (publish)

No need to put a hidden menu anywhere - it will never be seen

Now Joomla will open the articles in a separate page.

You can also take a look at Advanced Module Manager by nonumber.nl as a possible solution to this issue
