News at the front page not working

Hi there,

The news section ( position Grid 8) on the homepage are no longer working after I changed some of the menu name and alias name.

The news section remained on the homepage but when I click on it, it did direct to the correct address but remain at the homepage.

Please advice, thanks

You've answered your own question I think

Its due to not having a working link for the items in the joomla system

this is a menuid problem so it reloads the home page
