I have been using the nebula theme for my brothers insurance company website. I have managed to customise the site as required but the breezingforms forms do not work with the nebula theme.

The forms displays correctly etc.. but when a user tries to submit a form the page is reloaded and the record is not saved or confirmation emails sent.

This is clearly a template compatibility issue as when I change the template to beez or similar the emailing works OK.

The only work around I can find is to get breezing forms to render the forms in an iframe. This however creates its own problems in that the text is not formatted correctly as it is not picking up the site CSS due to it running in an iFrame.

Is this a known issue or is there a known work around?

I am interested to know what aspect of the theme is causing the issue as I am not sure where to start debugging the issue!

Any help or suggestions is much appreciated.

Do you see any error code in the browser console?

Did you check if your Breezing form is updated to work with J3 ver.

I have already had a look at the browser console and nothing appears to be showing.

I am also running the latest version of breezingforms which is compatible with joomla 3.

Here is a URL showing a simple breezingforms form. Rather than refreshing the contact form after submission it should display a message sent successfully message. As you can see at the moment this does not happen!

i have already used breezing forms before and knows its capability , did you check your licensing . if this a multi domain or single .

also check your settings and config

this is not a Nebula issue unless you have used the updated version of nebula

Yeah I have used breezingforms before without any issues.

I am not sure what version of nebula I am using - is there a way to tell the difference?

I am pretty sure this is a template issue as the problem does not occur when I use the default joomla templates.

i test the site and it submits the info but with no response, and no error display

recheck your settings on the forms on what would happen after data is submitted

Have you used it before with any Joomla Bamboo based templates?

Is this the lite version or the commerical version?

Have you asked Breezing forms if they have seen this issue before?

No I haven't tried it the JB templates or T3 templates before.

I have upgraded to the latest T3 version and I am using the latest commercial version of breezingforms as well.

I have posted on the breezingforms forum as well to see if they can shed any light on the situation!

did u upgrade your ver 1.3.1 to 1.4.0

Tried upgrading but the problem still exists.

I have also checked the change log and it doesn't mention any JS upgrade??

I think you need to check / wait to see if you get a response from the extension developers first to see if they have experience of a problem

If you don't hear any response from them then I'd suggest opening a ticket with admin and ftp details
