The + icon, where can i change the text?

Right top corner, the + icon opens a window with text "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet ..."i cant find where i change that?
And dont know what i search here in the forum, dont know what it is called

HiPlease go to the module manager
You should see a series of filters on the left or top depending on the joomla version
in the position filter look for panel 1
Open that and change away
