The template Moments, we'd an issue with the displays.

1. The video is showing well, if the article is pointed at Category Blog using Menu. However once we click on Read More, it is not showing well on single article display

Single article display also have one additional issue. That is the images are set to display 4 images per grid/row using ZenTool in 2 lines. However it could not fit in 4 images or 3 images per row. The last image always runs off to bottom of other images.

What is your FF version, I am using FF 22 on Win 7 as well as FF 22 on Ubuntu but did not have that issue.

About the grid issue, you can use the following CSS in your custom.css file:

#zentoolslist281 .grid_three, .grid_4 {
width: 21.2%;
}

I meant Firefox (FF), what is your Firefox version?

My CSS rule above only apply to module Zentools with ID = 281, to apply it to other module, you can just change the ID number.

And about the zengrid, got it fixed by installing the latest version.

Doubting something wrong with Vimeo. It is related to the template.

We followed exactly the same from your sample preview.

And when I insert the same video into our site, it differs the view.

I guess it is difinitely something to do with the template.

Is the ratios of the video in vimeo the same as the quickstart video?

The article is saying - not an issue with vimeo they are saying its the dimensions of the video file being used

Yes, same ratio. Cut and paste from Moments sample template. We only change the video key.

Same dimension. 500 x 281. That is what being used at the sample template. We followed the same.

That is the thing... it works well with the test site. Not at ours...

Nothing change... we installed quickstart installation, and just change the articles... I did not customise anything else.

this is a quickstart install downloaded and set up by adding the html but with no editor in the global config

I have figured it out.

Once I remove the {loadposition } calling in for zentool module to be displayed, the video goes back to actual display.

If I place a {loadposition } calling in one of zentool module, the video goes out of proportion.

The editors got nothing to do with the video. It is the zentools that is affecting the video display.

Anyway of fixing the above?

The template example just uses html so not sure why you need to use zentools

Is there a reason you need to use loadposition and zentools to load the video?

You are getting it not right.

What I meant was, video loads well if I dont use zentool to pull in/feature the images within the article.
