Hi JB Team,

We are using Moments template and have just begun. My first with T3 and Thememagic.

To begin, our Logo text is longer than "Moments" and so goes to 2 lines.
tried ZGS Marketplace, The Market - still 2 lines - the line height is huge and the tagline then goes between the 2 words.

Not sure how to adjust it.

Our site is offline (again) just beginning.

I am hoping you may address it with the info I provided.

but can create a ticket if you need to

Hi Pam,

Its a bit tricky to troubleshoot without a link

You can adjust both the logo text and the tagline offset in theme magic

The line height I think would depend on the heading tag you have selected in the template logo text option

HI Paul,

Yes it would be tricky. I will make it live so you can look at it - and activate the tagline.

I tried to make changes via theme Magic, there are elements that are not active. Changing Logo to H3, makes no difference.

While in Template Manager, and I click on Help which opens up a tour, when it gets to theme magic, it seems to indicate that it is not enabled.

With theme magic they may seem a little greyed out but they are editable

If you are using the default you will have to save as

Once you've saved any changes in theme magic and left that window you need to hit the compile button

Hi Paul,

Not sure what I am doing wrong.

I have made the changes as suggested - did a save as (creating zgsmarket)
compiled (less to css) and then saved each style with those changes and the live site does not reflect the changes.

Going back into admin - and theme magic for each style - it shows that it is "default" not zgsmarket.

what to do?

In theme magic you will need to load your style and switch from the default

Can you tell me the version numbers of the template and the plugin?

Template version is 1.4.1
T3 Framework is 1.4.1 as well.

And you have your theme selected in the theme tab?

Also the template version is assigned to the correct pages or is the default?

If its the default template vesion then no other template version is assigned to that page?

Hi Paul -

It is still all of the democontent with template selection unchanged.

I attempted to change all of of the templates to the new theme "zgsmarket", but they keep reverting to the default.

So to summarise the pic below

I opened up theme magic

changed from default and made changes

then used the save as option under the arrow on preview button

closed theme magic

compiled

opened up the theme tab and switched to the theme I named and then saved
