effected form 84.107.134.49:8080/index.php?option=com_rsform&formId=21&gid=16

The class is displayed on most left top of form and not on the item.
thats not userfriendly as even I didn't see it the first times.
Is it possible to change.

It will be but I think in this case I'd ask rsform for advice on how to change it as I'm not sure

I can't see the css / js that is being affected
