Minimum requirements for this template

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

I'm trying template Moments
I'm using php 5.3.9
I see a couple of errors as "Strict Standars", not able to connect to mysql, etc.
JB Type is not working completly etc.

Are there minimum PHP requirements for this template?
My host is also using php 5.3.+
So when i want ot go live do i have an Issue here?

Hi

If a standard Joomla install can run the template should be fine

Strict standards normally refers to the error reporting level in the global config

Not able to connect to mysql is normally a password/config problem or a hosting issue

currently working local
Installed a quick install

JB type is not picking up the tags as expected. or not at all!
currentl working wit version 1.9.0

sorry i informed you wrong about not able to connect.
mysql problem is that the syntax is working on my production server.
the sql statment is localy working in phpadmin but not in the article while i have drirect PHP plugin installed.

My error reporting in Global configuration is set to NO
So why do i get Strict Standards errors

Joomal is Standard 3.1.1

and there are some more issues as
Zengrid is not displaying images, not in demo and not when i created a new module
And more as Jb-user can't find as error etc.

Please some advise

Hi

In that case its the localhost that needs to be tweaked
There is a lot on the internet about this issue

www.originaltips.com/97-solution-for-joomla-1-7-strict-standards-error-after-installation

Do you have jbtype enabled in the plugin list?

Hi Hugo,

The error reporting in global configuration only works if your server is set up to allow it.
Your php.ini file is probably forcing all errors to be displayed.

For jbtype can you confirm the plugin is enabled.

Do you mean images with zentools? Please try installing the latest version if this is the case.

JBType is enabled

Update zentools to version 1.10.7

I'm using zentools in a tabbed module, position above content
When i'm displaying this in the article i see its working a bit and only displaying me the top of the images without thumbnails and overlapping the breadcrumb

see attached file

File Attachment:

File Name: screenprint.zip
File Size: 80 KB

I changed php ini and my sql issue looks like solved!

Do you have any error shown in the console?

Its a bit tricky to troubleshoot from an image

sorry you mean the T3 plugin 1.4.1?

If that is the case -

Can you go to extension manager and manage

Then type in t3

Once it appears select it using the tick box and click refresh

That should give you the version you are using

Hi

Can you try upping the memory limit again

I've uploaded some pics to a new folder and copied the module

I turned off the re-size option and images displayed but no thumbails - with it turned back on again back to no image and a thumbnail

Thanks

Don't know exactly waht you mean by memory limit upping
but i changed php ini max files to 16M

followed your trick
But the real problenm is that i want to display the images under the foto's tab.
To show them abovecontent is just to see if they work at all.

Am I right that you are trying to load a module inside a module and the position you are trying to load is page gallery?

I can't seem to find that position

Also you will need a plugin to load a module in a module
