HI Joomla Bamboo Team:

I have come across a 'sort of' glitch with the T3 System Plugin updates. Every time I use the update function on the Admin Section. I have created a Screen Shot to illustrate the result of trying to update the T3 plugin...

Can someone explain the reason for this anomaly? I have several site using the T3 plugin and would like to work out this issue.

You can't install the T3 v2.0 plugin yet its not compatible with any JB theme

Its best to download the T3 plugin from the template download page or ask on here first

Its a big update with added compatibility with Bootstrap3
- we need to release new template updates for it

I suspect the problem you are having is the size of the upload on this account

But please for time being don't update

It is interesting that the plug is shown to require update on the Control Panel...
Normally I ignore that section and do as I am told in the template manager...

Will be doing that shortly.

Thanks for the advice! It is very convenient for J2.3 to alert a person to what updates are needed... I will ask in future about the T3 plugin... Will there be a notice on JB web site?

Also, what is the 'Site Builder's Kit' all about!

If you Follow the twitter feed (activity stream) at the bottom of this page it will alert you to updates

Regarding installation at a later date you may need to upload the plugin files to the tmp folder and then to a new folder inside that

and then load via it via the path

I see that zenbase states that it uses t3 v1.5 (www.joomlabamboo.com/downloads/zenbase-downloads) but when I download it I get plg_system_t3.v1.4.3.zip

I am using zenbase v1.2.4 and Joomla 3.2.0

I've just corrected the 1.5 its now 1.4+

Download the T3 plugin from the download page - that is the current compatible version

Hi

Take a backup and install the previous version

T3 v2 is not supported on any JB templates yet - its a major update as it uses bootstrap 3 rather than 2 together with other enhancements

You might be able to stick with older versions of T3 if you haven't upgraded to J3.2
