This is a question about the Contact Email link on the contacts page:
www.spectacleblue.ca/contact-us

The form is fill-able but when submitting it gives an error message as follows:

'empty solution not allowed'

What is causing this?

Believe this is coming from the Joomla default reCAPTCHA plugin and Contact Manager options setting.

Tony, since you are using a 3rd party Captcha give this a go;

Components -->Contacts -->Options -->Form -->Allow Captcha on Contact

In the 'Allow Captcha on Contact' drop-down see if your 3rd party captcha is listed. If so, select it. If not select, None Selected.

You may also have to disable the reCAPTCHA plugin for this Joomla native extension to totally drop this from your contact form.

I will take a look at Ed's advice and see if that will solve this problem.

I take it that it is not a template issue then?

Hi Both Again... Yes, Ed's advice was correct... It is now functioning as it should. At least I didn't get an error message.
I will make sure by emailing my client and asking for confirmation.

Just tested it on a demo site using your 3rd party Captcha plugin. You WILL have to disable the Joomla native reCaptcha plugin and set the Contacts options to None Selected.
