T3 change default width of side bar 2 to make it narrower

Does anyone know how in T3 to have the sidebars narrower ie
the same size as when both sidebars are on

as it is in default the side bars are divided by 2
so when the sidebar 1 is off there is added width to the sidebar2 and article should this be where the extra width is added to the mid col ie the article only?
anyone know how to do this??
