I don't know if this is an issue on your site or a mistake in how I'm interpreting it - but it does seem that there are jumbled dates (day, month, year) next to each of my tickets on the ticket list. I haven't been a member very long so not sure why the dates are showing up incorrectly but I just recently noticed this when I went to close out a ticket.
