Responsive hilite.css typos

Hi there,

a small contribution to the Bamboo Working Bee: just stumbled upon two typos in all Responsive v2.2.0 hilite.css files. For example in hiliteBlue.css in lines 174 and 177 it says

modueltable-superfish instead of moduletable.

This typo is also in all other Responsive hilite.css files in the section "Colours for background hover states"

Ive added a ten weeks to your account for finding the 10 bugs :)
