We are trying to install the MaxBiz template on a Joomla3 site. System requires the K2 component but will not install. JInstaller: :Install: Can't find XML setup file.

Whilst this is a common issue were are unable to install it from the website URL or directory.. tmp. This is a real issue for us as we have invested alot of time on the template and are unable to use it. We are experienced Joomla IT Mangers and need to develop a solution.. any ideas.

Have you tried the discover option to see if its listed and you can either complete the install or install the fragments and then uninstall to re-try the installation process

Yeah should be mate... we have already installed a number of other templates and plugins after the initial set up... but your right to ask.

We are currently running the site at a development IP address sumphero.com.au hosted at my home address..
