Can't Resize Module Layouts in Newstream2

Need some guidance. I cannot get Newstream2 modules to resize in Layout mode. I'm trying to get the logo position smaller (1/3) and the menu 2/3rds. Tried on my Mac in Firefox and Safari. Neither will work.

Any help, suggestions appreciated.

Hi

Are you using the responsive layout found via the layout tab in the template settings?
