I just added sh404SEF to my Joomla installation and when I put 'Enable URL optimization' on, the image in my banner (Zentools) dissappears. Do you have any idea what I could do about this?

With sh404sef you can purge/delete urls - if you select this pages url and delete it - does that enable the module?

If the site is still at development you could purge all the urls

Once the urls are purge it then re-populates again with the urls it finds on the system at that time together with modules on those pages

The slideshow is now working on your link.

On sh404, after you purge the url's also clear the Joomla cache under system > clear cache, this can help ensure the sef program is recreating. As it is working, and assuming you have not done anything else, the cache is likely to have been the issue.

Thank you for looking into my problem.
My banner is showing because I put 'Enable URL optimization' of in sh404. As soon as I enable it, my banner is gone...

I looked into the caching, but at the moment caching is disabled.

Any idears?

As a test can you disable "Target images based on screen size" in the image settings

Hi Paul,

It seems to be fixed with disabling "Target images based on screen size" in the image settings. A strange thing is that that's a configuration for K2 and I don't use K2.

Can I leave it this way or is there something else going wrong now?

I use Zentools version 1.12.

Assume you still have sef off, as images show fine in both IE and chrome here.

It may help the JB team if you could check if the image path is correct in the source code on the page. If the path for the image is written and just not shown. My feeling is there is something in the setup.

I have used this template, with zentools and sh404, so sure they are work together fine. Do you have the latest version of sh404 - Yannick has made a few changes recently. It could also be a T3 issue - which version of T3 do you have installed?
