Zenbase - Megamenu - Rounded Corners

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi,
I just downloaded Zenbase and want to get rid of the rounded corners and the background image in the menu. Being a novice to Joomla and it's template system I'm wondering what's the best way to achieve this.

Hi

For the menu can you add this to the custom.css

#navwrap ul.nav > li > a, #navwrap ul.nav > li .separator { border-radius: 0;}

Are you familiar with using the custom.css file?

Background image - I can't seem to see one - is this resolved?

Background image: I commented this in a couple of CSS files, but that's probalby not the proper way to do, but to use the custom.css as well I guess

Are you able to uncomment it?

With changing those files its likely at some point those changes will be lost

The custom.css file is protected from updates

Custom css is new css code you add to your site
its either - new css code or css code to overide an existing template style

You need to add styles to the custom_rename_to_custom.css or when its renamed custom.css (for the file to work it needs to be called custom.css) - this file is protected from being overwritten by template updates

The path to the file is
\templates\template name\css\custom_rename_to_custom.css

via the joomla backend the path is

extensions tab > template manager > Templates (top left in Joomla 3) > "template name" details and files > Edit css/custom_rename_to_custom.css
