Nasty conflict with JVote

Just a "heads-up" for those looking to install a voting system on Joomla 2.5x...

I installed JVote (component, module and--unbeknownst to me--plugins). (Yes, I performed a back up beforehand!) Unfortunately the extension was not what I wanted and I uninstalled the various parts without a hiccup on the site.

Not sure what happened between last night and this morning but I was unable to bring the site up. Only this error message displayed:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class JSMinException in /home/uucb8916/public_html/plugins/system/zengridframework/zengridframework/functions/elements/jsmin-1.1.1.php on line 293

Good news is that I was able to log into the administrative CP and dig around. I noticed a small icon in the left most position of the top-right menu (next to "visitors"), "JMcache enabled." Turns out that JVote installs the joomess library plugins (without which JVote will not function) but uninstalling the component and module does not remove the plugins which produced the error above.

Just a bit of info-sharing. Hope it is useful to someone someday.
